The freezer of our fridge-freezer combination seems to have cooled properly for a period of time. Packaging felt a bit clammy. After a day the freezer seemed to work well again. The packaging of, for example, a pizza box felt frozen again. I thought the freezer was defective and now I don't trust it.. I have not thrown the products away yet. Question: * how is the freezing temperature set? Also through thermostat refrigerator part? * is what actions do you advise us to take? Please respond to [email protected]
