Programs and Functions
ZR10 Treadmill
U01-U03 User defined programs
Within these programs the user can define the speed and incline for a personal workout.
1.
From standby screen press PROGRAM button until U01, U02 or U03 is displayed.
2.
Press MODE to enter the first segment of the program.
3. Press SPEED +/- to adjust the speed and INCLINE +/- to adjust incline for this segment and press MODE
to continue.
4.
Repeat above for all 20 segments of the program.
5. Once the data is entered for all segments press START to begin.
When inputted the program will be saved within the selected user number (U01, U02 or U03).
Body fat function
1. Press PROGRAM button until Body Fat Function is displayed.
2.
Press MODE to Enter Body Fat Function.
3. The SPEED/PROGRAM window will display the preset program (F1-F5).
4.
Press mode to select the required program.
5. The PULSE/INCLINE window will display the program parameters, press SPEED + or – to change this
and press MODE to confirm.
6.
F1 – SEX SET will be displayed. Press INCLINE +/- to switch between 1 (male) and 2 (female). Press MODE
to confirm.
7.
F2 – age will be displayed. Press INCLINE +/- to adjust (preset is 25 years). Press MODE to confirm.
8. F3 – Height will be displayed. Press INCLINE +/- to adjust (preset is 170cm). Press mode to confirm.
9. F4 – Weight will be displayed. Press INCLINE +/- to adjust (preset is 70kg). Press MODE to confirm.
10. F5 will be displayed. At this stage the user information has been stored. Place both hands on the pulse
sensors for approximately 8 seconds. The test results will then be displayed as below:
19 or below Underweight
20-25 Normal Weight
25-29 Overweight
30 or above Obese
Note: All readings given are a guideline only and not to be used as a medical device.
HRC – Heart rate control
(Optional, only applicable to Treadmills with HRC and chest belt).
Note: The speed and incline levels can be adjusted manually during this program but they will alter
automatically to sustain workout. These cannot be changed manually during the first 60 seconds.
1. Press PROGRAM until HRC1, HRC2 or HRC3 is displayed.
2.
Press MODE to input user personal data (HRC will appear in SPEED window).
3. Users age will be displayed (preset is 30). Press INCLINE +/- to change and Press MODE to confirm.
4. A recommended target heart rate will be displayed. To change this press INCLINE +/- and press MODE
to confirm.
5.
The TIME window will show a preset time of 10.00 minutes. Press INCLINE +/- to change this and press
MODE to confirm.
6.
Press START to begin.
Note:
The speed will be adjusted automatically during the program to reach the target heart rate.
If the maximum speed is reached before the target heart rate the incline will be adjusted by 1 level to
increase this further.
If the target heart rate is reached the speed and incline will remain constant.
MPH to KPH conversion
The Speed and distance can be set to operate in MPH or KPH.
To switch between these:
1. Remove the SAFETY KEY, the computer will display”SAFETY KEY TAKE OFF”.
2. Press and hold PROGRAM and MODE buttons together for 3 seconds.
3. The console will change from MPH to KPH automatically.

Big! the box was heavy 97 Kg. I didn't measure it but from recollection about 2m long by 1m wide by 50cm high. lots of polystyrene packaging inside

You lift the running track up from the back end. It's on a gas strut so makes it easy to lift. When fully raised it will lock in place. You then use the locked running track as a lever and pull/push down on it. (a bit like a see-saw) The front (console end) will lift as you pull the back end down and as its fairly well balanced you can then wheel it around. Once in position there is a collar on the gas strut to release it the deck. move it a few centimetres (with your foot) to lower the base
