lZamrażać można praktycznie wszyst kie artykuły
spożywcze, z wyjątkiem jarzyn spożywanych w

l Do zamrania używa się jedynie ar ty ku łów
spożywczych o najwyższej ja ko ści, podzielonych
na porcje prze zna czo ne do jednorazowego spo-
życia.
l Produkty należy opakować w ma te riały bez zapa-
chu, odporne na przenikanie po wie trza i wilgoci
oraz nie wrażli we na tłuszcze. Najlepszymi ma te-
ria ła mi są: wo recz ki, arkusze z folii po li ety le no wej,
aluminiowej.
l Opakowanie powinno być szczelne i ściśle przy-
leg do zamrożonych pro duk tów. Nie należy
sto so wać opa ko wań szklanych.
l Świeże i ciepłe artykuły spożywcze (w tempera-
turze otoczenia), włożone w celu zamrożenia, nie
powinny stykać się już z zamrożoną żywnością.
l Zaleca się, aby w ciągu doby nie wkła dać do
zamrażarki, jed no ra zo wo wię cej świeżej żywności
niż podano w tabeli ze specykacją techniczną
urządzenia.
lDla zachowania dobrej jakości za mra ża nych
produktów zaleca się prze gru po wać znajdujące
się w środkowej szuadzie zamrażarki mro żon ki

Czas przechowywania zamrożonych produktów
