La carga del refrigerante se recuperará en los cilindros de recuperación adecuados. El sistema deberá

ser "purgado" o enjuagado con OFN para que la unidad sea segura. Es posible que este proceso

necesite repetirse varias veces. No se utilizará aire comprimido ni oxígeno para esta tarea.

El enjuague se logrará salir del vacío en el sistema con nitrógeno sin oxígeno y mientras se continuará

llenando hasta que se alcance la presión máxima de trabajo. A continuación, se ventilará a la atmósfera

y finalmente se tirará hacia el vacío. Este proceso se repetirá hasta que no quede refrigerante dentro

8 PROCEDIMIENTOS DE CARGA

equipos de carga. Las mangueras o líneas deben ser lo más cortas posible para minimizar la cantidad

de refrigerante contenida en ellos.

- Los cilindros deben mantenerse en posición vertical.

- Comprobar que el sistema de refrigeración esté conectado a tierra antes de cargarlo con

refrigerante.

- Etiquetar el sistema cuando la carga se haya completado (si no lo está ya).

- Se deberá tener extremo cuidado para evitar el sobrellenado del sistema de refrigeración.

Antes de recargar el sistema, se someterá a prueba de presión con nitrógeno sin oxígeno. El sistema se

someterá a prueba de fugas al finalizar la carga, pero siempre antes de la puesta en marcha. Se debe

realizar una prueba de seguimiento de fuga antes de abandonar el lugar.

9 DESACTIVACIÓN

Antes de llevar a cabo este procedimiento, es esencial que el técnico esté completamente familiarizado

con el equipo y todos sus detalles. Se recomienda una buena praxis para que todos los refrigerantes

sean recuperados de manera segura. Antes de realizar la labor, se tomará una muestra de aceite y de

refrigerante en caso de que se requiera un análisis previamente a reutilizar el refrigerante recuperado.
