SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Assemble the breglass poles and push

them through the sleeves. The long pole

crosswise, the shorter ones from front to

rear.

2. Fasten the ends of the poles on the top

and on the bottom in the plastic parts.

Then loop the bands around the pole

crossings.

3. Position the shelter as required. Peg it

down through the plastic parts at the pole

ends. Use a mallet to secure the pegs in

the ground but be careful of your hands

and feet when hitting the peg.

4. Secure the shelter against strong wind

with guylines and pegs.

AUFBAUANLEITUNG

1. Die Glasfaserstangen werden zusammen-

gesetzt und durch Kanäle geschoben. Die

lange Stange quer, die beiden kürzeren

von vorne hach hinten.

2. Befestigen Sie die Enden der Stangen

oben und am Boden in den Kunststo-

teilen. Schlingen Sie dann die Bänder um

die Kreuzungspunkte der Stangen.

3. Richten Sie den Windschutz aus und be-

festigen Sie ihn mit den Heringen. Zum

Ver ankern der Heringe benutzen Sie am

besten einen Camping-Gummihammer,

aber seien Sie bitte vorsichtig, damit

Sie sich dabei nicht an den Händen oder

Füßen verletzen.

4. Sichern Sie zuletzt den Windschutz gegen

starken Wind mit den Sturmleinen.

OPSTILLINGSVEJLEDNING

1. Saml glasberstængerne, og skub dem

gennem kanalerne. Den lange stang på

tværs, de kortere fra forside til bagside.

2. Fastgør stængernes ender øverst og ned-

erst i plastikdelene. Bind derefter båndene

rundt om stængerne, hvor de krydser

hinanden.

3. Placer overdækningen som ønsket. Fastgør

den med pløkker gennem plastikdelene ved

stængernes ender. Brug en pløkhammer

til at slå pløkkerne i, men pas på ikke at

ramme hænder og fødder.

4. Beskyt overdækningen imod stærk vind

med barduner og pløkker.

OPZETINSTRUCTIES

1. Zet de glasvezel tentstokken in elkaar

en schuif ze door de hiervoor bestemde

stokopeningen. De lange stok moet

gekruist lopen en de kortere van de voor-

naar de achterkant.

2. Zet de uiteinden van de stokken aan de

boven- en onderkant vast in de plastic

houders. Wikkel de banden daarna om de

plek heen waar de stokken elkaar kruisen.

3. Plaats het scherm op de gewenste plek.

Haal haringen door de plastic houders

aan de uiteinden van de stokken en zet ze

vast. Gebruik een hamer om de haringen

in de grond vast te zetten, maar let op uw

handen en voeten als u op de haringen

slaat.

4. Gebruik scheerlijnen en haringen om te

zorgen dat het scherm bij harde wind kan

blijven staan.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE

1. Assemblez les mâts en bre de verre et

glissez-les dans les gaines. Le long mât se

crez-le à l’aide de sardines que vous in-

sérez dans les pièces de plastique situées

aux extrémités des mâts. Enfoncez les

sardines dans le sol à l’aide d’un maillet

en veillant à ne pas vous blesser.

4. Protégez l’abrivent des vents forts à l’aide

des haubans et des sardines.

Can I store my tent when it's wet? Verified

Only for very short periods of time. When a tent is stored while wet for a week or longer, it can get moldy. This is harmful for your tent and possibly your health.

How do I impregnate a tent? Verified

Pitch the tent, clean the cloth and let it dry. Apply the impregnation agent on the cloth with a plant sprayer or other spray. It is also possible to use a paint roller or brush. The cloth needs to be fully saturated with the impregnation agent. Also treat the inside of the tent. Thoroughly clean any windows with a moist cloth. Do not let the impregnation agent dry on it. Let the tent cloth fully dry. Repeat the treatment if needed.

Can I repair a tear or hole in the canvas of my tent myself? Verified

There are special pieces of self-adhesive patches of cloth available for synthetic tent canvases. Stick one of these patches on both sides of the hole or tear. For cotton tent canvases or mixed material tent canvases it's best to use patches that can be ironed on. This will require an iron.

The zipper of my tent won't run smoothly, what can I do? Verified

When a zipper is running smoothly, use a dry PTFE spray or silicone spray. Do not spray onto the cloth and preventively spray to prevent future problems.

No, this is probably condensation. Make sure the tent is properly ventilated to keep condensation at a minimum.

What tent pegs are best to use for which surfaces? Verified

On grassland or forest surfaces you can use semi circular or plastic pegs. On rocky surfaces you need to use rock pegs. On clay surfaces you can use semi circular, plastic or universal pegs. On gravel surfaces you need semi circular or universal pegs and on sand you need to use wooden pegs.

The impregnation agent leaves white stains or a white haze on the tent cloth, what can I do about this? Verified

If the agent leaves a white haze or white stains on the tent cloth, this means you have applied more impregnation agent on those areas. This is not harmful and the stains often disappear over time. It is not advisable to use less impregnation agent to prevent stains. The cloth needs to be fully saturated with the impregnation agent to give good results.
