8. Open the ventilating windows

and secure them

with the spacers.

9. Secure the outer tent

by tensioning the ﬂoor

fastenings with the tent pegs

10. Now secure the outer tent

with the guy rope

(pre-assembled)

and the tent pegs

11. Open the entrance, unroll it and attach it with

the one fasteners.

12. Stretch the tent until taut and pull all of the

corners and guy ropes

until they are tight.

Do not over-tighten the guy ropes

. If the

strength of the wind increases the attachment

point and seam of the tent might tear.

Inner tent (without using the outer tent):

Warning: The inner tent and the mesh do not show

a UV protection. Protect your skin. While using the

inner test alone without the outer tent, rains may get

in the inner tent through the mesh windows. Use the

inner tent only under by a shelter covered in warm,

dry conditions with fair weather.

1. Place the inner tent

ﬂat on the ground. The

hooks for the poles

must be facing upwards.

2. Run the two poles

with the metal end forward

into the hole of the hook on the inner tent one

after another and slide them through to the end.

Push the pole

of the awning through the hook

on the awning so that it extends evenly on both

sides of the hooks.

4. Set the tent

up and ﬁx the poles to the plastic

cup of the ﬂoor fastenings.

5. Run the ﬁberglass poles

through the hooks

and ﬁx into the plastic cap on the both end of

the top of inner tent

6. And then tie up the poles

tightly with the

strings at the top of the inner tent

7. Fix one side of the inner tent

in the ground

with the tent pegs

. Then take hold of the

other end of the inner tent

and pull it apart

in such a way that the tent is taut.

8. Secure the inner tent

by tensioning all the

ﬂoor fastenings with the tent pegs

Taking down the tent

Clean the tent both inside and outside before you

take the tent down. The tent must be dismantled

in the reverse order to the manner in which it has

been erected.

Packing the tent together

CAUTION! Please ensure that the tent is com-

pletely dry before you pack it together. Other-

wise this may result in stains and damage to the

fabric.

CAUTION! The tent pegs

and other indi-

vidual parts must be packed separately in the

bags provided. Otherwise the tent pegs

might damage the tent.

Always fold the tent together in such a way

that the ﬂoor of the tent is facing outwards.

Collect all of the parts together carefully before

you pack the tent. You should count the parts

in order to ensure that none of them have been

mislaid or lost.

After the tent has been rolled up, pack it care-

fully into the carrying bag.

Cleaning and care

CAUTION! Never wash the tent in a washing

machine. Otherwise the product may lose some

of its ability to keep out water.

CAUTION! Never use petrol, solvent or other

cleaning agents. Otherwise there is a danger

of damage to the product.

Only for very short periods of time. When a tent is stored while wet for a week or longer, it can get moldy. This is harmful for your tent and possibly your health.

How do I impregnate a tent? Verified

Pitch the tent, clean the cloth and let it dry. Apply the impregnation agent on the cloth with a plant sprayer or other spray. It is also possible to use a paint roller or brush. The cloth needs to be fully saturated with the impregnation agent. Also treat the inside of the tent. Thoroughly clean any windows with a moist cloth. Do not let the impregnation agent dry on it. Let the tent cloth fully dry. Repeat the treatment if needed.

Can I repair a tear or hole in the canvas of my tent myself? Verified

There are special pieces of self-adhesive patches of cloth available for synthetic tent canvases. Stick one of these patches on both sides of the hole or tear. For cotton tent canvases or mixed material tent canvases it's best to use patches that can be ironed on. This will require an iron.

The zipper of my tent won't run smoothly, what can I do? Verified

When a zipper is running smoothly, use a dry PTFE spray or silicone spray. Do not spray onto the cloth and preventively spray to prevent future problems.

What tent pegs are best to use for which surfaces? Verified

On grassland or forest surfaces you can use semi circular or plastic pegs. On rocky surfaces you need to use rock pegs. On clay surfaces you can use semi circular, plastic or universal pegs. On gravel surfaces you need semi circular or universal pegs and on sand you need to use wooden pegs.

The impregnation agent leaves white stains or a white haze on the tent cloth, what can I do about this? Verified

If the agent leaves a white haze or white stains on the tent cloth, this means you have applied more impregnation agent on those areas. This is not harmful and the stains often disappear over time. It is not advisable to use less impregnation agent to prevent stains. The cloth needs to be fully saturated with the impregnation agent to give good results.
