VIGTIGE SIKKERHEDSINSTRUKTIONER

Når strygejernet anvendes, skal der tages nogle sikkerhedsforanstaltninger - heriblandt følgende

GENNEMLÆS ALLE INSTRUKTIONER FØR BRUG

• Anvend kun strygejernet til det, det er beregnet til.

• For at undgå elektrisk stød må strygejernet ikke nedsænkes i vand eller andre væsker.

• Strygejernet skal altid være i ”O”-tilstand, når det tilkobles eller tages ud af en stikkontakt. Træk aldrig i selve ledningen,

når denne fjernes fra stikkontakten. Hold fast i stikket.

• Lad ikke ledningen komme i kontakt med varme overader. Lad strygejernet køle helt af, før det sættes på plads.

Vikl ledningen løst rundt om strygejernet ved opbevaring.

• Træk altid ledningen ud af stikkontakten, inden strygejernet fyldes med eller tømmes for vand, eller når det ikke er i brug.

• Brug ikke strygejernet, hvis det eller ledningen er beskadiget. For at undgå elektrisk stød bør man aldrig selv forsøge at

reparere strygejernet. Kontakt en forhandler eller et servicecenter, der kan reparere produktet. En ikke korrekt reparation

kan medføre elektrisk stød, når strygejernet atter anvendes.

• Vær altid opmærksom, hvis strygejernet anvendes af eller placeres i nærheden af et barn. Hold altid strygejernet under

opsyn, når det er sat i stikkontakten.

• Brandskader kan forekomme ved berøring med den varme metaloverade, den varme damp eller det varme vand.

Vær derfor forsigtig, hvis strygejernet vendes på hovedet. Der kan være varmt vand i tanken.

• Hvis fejlindikatoren går i gang, fungerer strygejernet ikke optimalt. Tag det ud af stikkontakten og kontakt et autoriseret

servicecenter eller forhandleren.

• Hold strygejernet og ledningen væk fra børn under 8 år, hvis det er tændt eller er under nedkøling.

• Sørg for, at underlaget er stabilt, når strygejernet stilles på sin fod.

• Strygejernet må kun anvendes og stilles på sin fod på en overade, der er plan og stabil.

SPECIELLE INSTRUKTIONER

• For at undgå kortslutninger bør der ikke anvendes andre apparater med et højt energiforbrug på samme tid, som

strygejernet anvendes.

• Hvis der anvendes en forlængerledning, skal dette være en 10A-ledning. Ledninger med lavere ampere bliver let

overophedede.
