My new Trip 200 doesn't pick up the wheel magnet sensor. I've installed a new battery and the computer doesn't show any indication of battery condition. I have aligned the magnet and the primary sending unit to the point they almost touch. I've used a very stron magnet in an attempt to get the primary sending unit to activate...still nothing. The computer mounted to my handlebar works fine. I know the battery is strong at 12+ volts. I've tried swapping ends of the battery. What else to try?

My bontrager 200 worked at the beginning but now I update it and it does not start counting km / h. The magnet and sensor are working well because they sound but the speed or the time or anything like that starts to count. Is it because it is broken? Am I doing something wrong? ?

Until the day before yesterday everything worked correctly. But suddenly the speed of 65 km / h appeared on the screen. then at 16, the distance traveled was not correct either. I have changed the battery of both the watch and the sensor and it keeps giving incorrect data. What should I do,? Has the useful life of the device expired?

I have full battery on the reader and sensor. Everything is lined up perfectly. No output on the reader. Do I have to resync the two? If so, how?

I have a Bontragee trio 200 bike computer. I need to know the size of the smaller battery that fits on the fork of the bike. I got this unit from a friend, that battery was not in it, and nothing in the manual tells me the size of battery..
