BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSINSTRUCTIES

Als u uw strijkijzer gebruikt, moet u basis veiligheidsvoorzorgen nemen,

waaronder de volgende:

LEES ALLE INSTRUCTIES VÓÓR GEBRUIK

1. Gebruik het strijkijzer enkel voor het voorziene doel.

2. Om te beschermen tegen risico op elektrische schok, dompel het ijzer niet

onder in water of andere vloeistoffen.

3. Het ijzer moet altijd op ‘Af’ staan vooraleer u de stekker insteekt of uittrekt.

Trek nooit aan het snoer om de stekker uit te trekken; in plaats daarvan neemt

u de stekker vast en trek hem zo uit.

4. Laat het snoer niet in contact komen met warme oppervlakken. Laat het ijzer

volledig afkoelen vóór u het wegzet. Draai het snoer losjes rond het ijzer als u

het ijzer wegzet.

5. Trek altijd de stekker uit het elektrische stopcontact als u het toestel vult met

water of het leegmaakt of als het niet gebruikt wordt.

6. Bedien het ijzer niet met een beschadigd snoer of als het toestel gevallen of

beschadigd is. Om risico op elektrische schok te vermijden, haal het ijzer niet

uit elkaar. Breng het naar een bekwame hersteller ter nazicht en herstelling.

Onjuiste herinstallering kan elektrische schok veroorzaken als het ijzer

gebruikt wordt.

7. Streng toezicht is nodig als een apparaat gebruikt wordt bij in de buurt van

kinderen. Laat het ijzer niet onbewaakt achter als het aangesloten is op de

strijkplank staat.

8. Er kunnen brandwonden ontstaan door hete metalen onderdelen, heet water

of stoom aan te raken. Wees voorzichtig wanneer u een stoomstrijkijzer

omdraait – er kan heet water in het reservoir zitten.

9. Als de defectenindicator aangaat, werkt het strijkijzer niet normaal. Trek het uit

het stopcontact en laat het strijkijzer herstellen door bekwame herstellers.

SPECIALE INSTRUCTIES

1. Om kortsluiting in het circuit te vermijden, bedien het niet samen met een

andere hoge spanningstoestel op hetzelfde circuit.
