he manufacturer warrants the iron’s UltraglideTM soleplate Enamel finish to be free of
manufacturing defects for life of the iron from the date of purchase. This warranty
only
applies as long as the iron heats up
and does not cover damage due to accident, misuse
o
r commercial use and does not cover staining, discoloration or scratching of the enamel
soleplate.
Defective products may be returned by the original purchaser or any subsequent owner,
p
ostage pre-paid together with proof of purchase date to T-fal.
Defective products will be repaired, or at manufacturer’s discretion, replaced at no charge
i
ncluding return postage.
R
epairs not covered by this warranty will be performed at current cost for parts and labor
plus return postage. Manufacturer’s sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this
warranty are limited to such repair or replacement of the soleplate. This is a limited
warranty and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other legal rights varying
from province to province, state to state.
If you have a claim:
Please read the Limited Guarantee carefully before you decide to return your product and
contact our Consumer Service Department.
What happens to my return?
If the inspection shows that the product is defective, under our Limited Lifetime Guarantee,
T-fal will attempt to repair or will replace the soleplate at no cost to you. If our inspection
shows that the product is not defective under our Limited Guarantee we will return it to you
shipping charges prepaid.

est exempte à vie de tout vice de fabrication, à partir de la date d'achat. La présente
garantie
ne s’applique que pour que la durée de vie du fer, elle prendra donc fin dès lors
que le fer ne chauffe plus
. En outre, cette garantie ne couvre pas les dommages attribuables
à un accident, à l'emploi inapproprié ou à l'utilisation commerciale, de même que les
taches, la décoloration ou les égratignures de la semelle au revêtement émaillé.
L'acheteur initial ou tout propriétaire ultérieur peut retourner à T-Fal le produit défectueux,
en port payé et accompagné d'une preuve de la date d'achat.
Les produits défectueux seront réparés ou, à la discrétion du fabricant, remplacés sans frais,
port de retour inclus.
Les réparations que la présente garantie ne couvre pas seront effectuées aux prix courants
des pièces et de la main-d'oeuvre, port de retour en sus. Au titre de la présente garantie,
la seule responsabilité du fabricant et votre seul recours se limitent à la réparation ou au
remplacement de la semelle. La présente garantie est limitée et remplace toutes les autres
garanties, expresses ou tacites, y compris de qualité marchande. La présente garantie vous
donne des droits légaux spécifiques. Il se peut que vous ayez d'autres droits légaux qui
varient d'une province à l'autre.
En cas de réclamation :
Veuillez lire attentivement la garantie limitée avant de retourner le produit et communiquez
avec notre Service à la clientèle.
Qu'arrive-t-il au produit retourné?
Si l'inspection révèle que le produit est défectueux conformément aux modalités de notre
garantie à vie limitée, T-Fal tentera de réparer ou de remplacer, sans frais pour vous, la
pièce défectueuse. Si l'inspection révèle que le produit n'est pas défectueux conformément
aux modalités de notre garantie à vie limitée, nous vous retournerons le produit en port
payé.
