I recieved my milk frother for xmas, but it has never frothed properly. it heats the milk but as soon as the device is finished it goes back to normal with 0 froth. I tried whole milk, low fat milk and nothing works, i even tried a cold froth and that didnt retain its froth either.

My frother just stopped working. I have only had it a couple of months. It is rinsed out after each use and has never been submerged in water. Ironically, I bought this after 2 milk frothers I bought in Lidl did the same thing.

How much milk can you put in when frothing, as the indicator line is hard to see. It would be really helpful if the instruction leaflet clearly indicated the volume for frothing and the volume for heating as I cannot clearly see the line inside when angling to see it and fill at the same time.
