Lägga på bandaget

Det går lättast att lägga på bandaget medan du sitter. För att nå optimal

stödfunktion bör bandaget sitta så stramt som möjligt, men utan att klämma.

Bild 1: Öppna bandaget och placera det på knäet så att patellaöppningen ligger

exakt ovanpå knäskivan. Fäst ihop det mellersta kardborrebandet medan du

håller knäleden lite böjd.

Bild 2 och 3: Fäst ihop de övre och de undre kardborrebanden.

Bild 4 och 5: Vira det undre stabiliseringsbandet bakifrån runt knäet och

bandaget och för in det genom spännet, ﬁxera det sedan med kardborrebandet.

Gör likadant med det övre stabiliseringsbandet.

A: Patellaöppning

B: Mellersta kardborrebandet

C: Övre kardborrebandet

D: Nedre kardborrebandet

E: Spänne för stabiliseringsbandet

Anlæggelse af bandagen

Anlæggelsen fungerer bedst, når man sidder. Bandagen bør helst anlægges så

stramt som muligt for at opnå en optimal støttefunktion, dog må den ikke

indsnævre knæet.

Billede 1: Åbn bandagen og placer bandagen således på knæet, at

patella-udsparingen ligger præcist på knæskallen. Luk den midterste

velcrolukning efter at have bøjet knæleddet en anelse.

Billede 2 og 3: Luk den øverste og nederste velcrolukning.

Billede 4 og 5: Læg først den nederste stabiliseringsrem bagfra om knæet og

bandagen og før den så igennem spændets åbning og fastgør den derefter med

velcrolukningen. Gentag denne procedure med den øverste stabiliseringsrem.

B: Midterste velcrolukning

C: Øverste velcrolukning

D: Nederste velcrolukning

E: Stabiliseringsremmens spænde
