Manual

1. Das alte Gurtband an der Schlaufe im Nackenbereich aufschneiden, so dass zwei

offene Enden aus dem Schwimmkörper herausstehen.

2. Alte Gurtbandenden im Nackenteil mit den Enden des neuen Gurtbandes zusam

menknoten. Achtung: Wenn die alten Gurtbandenden schon in den roten Buchsen

verschwunden sind, ist die Montage nur mit Hilfe eines ca. 40 cm langen, 0,5 cm

dicken Einfädelungsstabes möglich.

3. Seitliche Buchsen lockern und herausziehen, Signalflöte abknoten.

4. Das neue Gurtband mit Hilfe des alten Gurtbandes von oben bis zu den seitlichen

Öffnungen rechts und links herausziehen. Beide austretenden Enden müssen

gleichlang sein.

5. Die Signalflöte vom alten Gurtband abknoten.

6. Nun das alte Gurtband vom neuen lösen. Altes Gurtband aus dem Schlitz der

Buchse entfernen, das neue von außen nach innen durch den Schlitz führen und

wieder mit dem alten zusammenknoten, das seitlich neben der Buchse noch aus

dem Schwimmkörper tritt.

7. Ebenso mit der Buchse auf der anderen Seite verfahren.

8. Nun das neue Gurtband mit Hilfe des alten quer durch die beiden

Schwimmkörperschenkel ziehen. Analog mit der anderen Seite verfahren.

9. Das alte Gurtband vom neuen lösen.

10. Die Signalflöte an das neue Gurtband anknoten.

11. Durch festen Zug an beiden Seiten nun die jeweils gegenüberliegenden Buchsen

fest in die Löcher hineinziehen. Dabei darauf achten, dass das Gurtband im

Nackenteil keinerlei Lose behält.

12. Kontrolle: Wenn sich auseinandergedrückte Schwimmkörpperschenkel durch

seitlichen beiderseitigen Zug an den Gurtbändern nach außen reibungslos wieder

zusammenziehen lassen, ist die Montage richtig duchgeführt worden.
