INBETRIEBNAHME UND BEDIENUNG

• Der Pizzaofen darf nur von geschultem Personal, unter

Beachtung der grundlegenden Vorschriften über Arbeits-

sicherheit und Unfallverhütung sowie dieser Bedienungs-

anleitung, benutzt werden..

• Entfernen Sie den Schutzlm und den gesamten Poly-

schaum, der sich in der Backkammer bendet. Sehen Sie

auch unter den Schamottesteinen nach, ob dort irgend-

etwas ist, was entfernt werden muss.

• Alle elektrischen Teile müssen vor Nässe, Feuchtigkeit

und Staub geschützt werden.

• Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem weichen, feucht-war-

men Tuch und einem handelsüblichen Reinigungsmittel,

um die Fett- und Kleberückstände zu beseitigen. Das

Tuch darf nicht tropfnass sein. Reiben Sie alles sorgfältig

trocken.

• Schalten Sie das Gerät mit dem Hauptschalter ein.

• Um eventuelle Fettrückstände aus der Fabrikation zu

beseitigen, gehen Sie beim aller ersten Gebrauch des

Pizzaofens wie folgt vor: Drehen Sie die Thermostate

auf 100°C (nicht darüber) und lassen Sie den Pizzaofen 1

Stunde arbeiten, ohne etwas darin zu backen.

• Bei jedem weiteren Gebrauch drehen Sie die entspre-

chenden Knebel für die Ober- und Unterhitze auf die

gewünschte Temperatur. Die Kontrolllampe wird dann

aueuchten und dadurch anzeigen, dass die Heizelemen-

te arbeiten. Wenn die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht ist,

werden die Heizelemente automatisch ausgeschaltet. Die

Heizelemente werden wieder eingeschaltet, sobald die

Temperatur unter der gewünschten Gradzahl liegt. Die

Kontrolllampe leuchtet dann erneut auf.

• Bei jedem weiteren Gebrauch drehen Sie die entspre-

chenden Knebel für die Ober- und Unterhitze auf die

gewünschte Temperatur. Die Kontrolllampe wird dann

aueuchten und dadurch anzeigen, dass die Heizelemen-

te arbeiten. Wenn die gewünschte Temperatur erreicht ist,

werden die Heizelemente automatisch ausgeschaltet. Die

Heizelemente werden wieder eingeschaltet, sobald die

Temperatur unter der gewünschten Gradzahl liegt. Die

Kontrolllampe leuchtet dann erneut auf.

• Beachten Sie die Vorheizzeit von ca. 35 bis 40 Minuten.

• Stellen Sie die Speisen, die Sie backen wollen, in den Ofen

und nehmen Sie diese nach Ablauf der Backzeit vorsichtig

(mit Schutzhandschuhen) wieder heraus.

• Bei geöneter Türe wird der Heizvorgang fortgesetzt. Aus

Gründen der Energiesparung sollten Sie deshalb dafür

sorgen, dass die Türe/Türen stets geschlossen sind.

• Zum Abschalten des Pizzaofens, drehen Sie zuerst die

Thermostate komplett auf „0“und erst dann schalten Sie

den Hauptschalter aus.

COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION

• The pizza oven may only be used by trained personnel,

observing the basic regulations on work safety and acci-

dent prevention as well as these operating instructions...

• Remove the protective lm and all the polyfoam in the

baking chamber. Also look under the reclay bricks to see

if there is anything that needs to be removed.

• All electrical parts must be protected from moisture,

moisture and dust.

• Clean the housing with a soft, warm, damp cloth and a

commercially available cleaning agent to remove grease

and adhesive residues. The cloth must not be dripping

wet. Rub everything carefully dry.

• Turn on the unit with the main switch.

• To remove any grease residues from the production

process, proceed as follows the very rst time you use the

pizza oven: Turn the thermostats to 100°C (not above)

and let the pizza oven work for 1 hour without baking

anything in it.

• For each further use, turn the corresponding knobs for

the top and bottom heat to the desired temperature. The

indicator light will then light to indicate that the heating

elements are working. When the desired temperature is

reached, the heating elements are automatically swit-

ched o. The heating elements are switched on again as

soon as the temperature is below the desired degree. The

indicator light then lights up again.

• For each further use, turn the corresponding knobs for

the top and bottom heat to the desired temperature. The

indicator light will then light to indicate that the heating

elements are working. When the desired temperature is

reached, the heating elements are automatically swit-

ched o. The heating elements are switched on again as

soon as the temperature is below the desired degree. The

indicator light then lights up again.

• Note the preheating time of approx. 35 to 40 minutes.

• Place the food you want to bake in the oven and remove

it carefully (with protective gloves) after the baking time.

• The heating process continues when the door is open. To

save energy, you should therefore ensure that the doors/

doors are always closed.

• To switch o the pizza oven, rst turn the thermostats

completely to „0“ and only then switch o the main

switch.
