this was purchased from lidl in foleshil Coventry UK, started with the batteries that were provided in the box when purchased then we have had been using it a while it completely shut down i inspected the battery compartment on the back the right side noticed the contacts were disintegrated so i can't use it anymore I've had for less than 2 years
