Hi. My machine has been working perfectly and now after a few months of non use it won't work. It shows ER 4. I've put new batteries in and tightened the cuff and tried slackening the cuff but it wont work on any of our family members. [email protected]. We bought it from Lidll about 2/3 years ago product code SN B40/103627
