hello...I have assemblrd everything and unfortunately started it the first time without the security code...now when I switch it on it always says E07 and does not work....can I sort of reset it somehow? Regards

You have to fold the back wheels down it doesn’t incline much push the 2 red wheel forwards hope this helps

ARE THE 2 LEVELS OF INCLINE WHEELS UP, OR WHEELS DOWN? I've had this for a year but I've no idea of the levels of incline. It says multiple levels of incline At the minute the back wheels are down and I've no idea how to use the incline, or if it's automatic when you use certain programs. I've never used the programs as i only really do longer walks on it due to my knees not being great. I can't find any solid info anywhere online and I've even emailed reebok twice to no reply!

Hi just assembled the Astroride A2.0 treadmill the control module has 3 connectos of the same plug one has red leads the other 2 have black leads connected the reds together , the 2 black ones does it matter which one ? Also the red wing nut at the bottom do we have to remove it figure 5 in the user manual?
