Question: My Bonsaii c149-D shredder has developed a fault. I had not used it for a few days and then the cooling fan came on and now runs continuously. The shredder will not work. I've switched it off hoping it would reset but no luck. Any thoughts....it seem like a sensor has developed a fault if so haw can I get to it?
