I have read the manual for my new c-149-c Bonsaii shredder. I still have questions. Regarding the use of lubricating oil, do I need to use that before I start to use the shredder? Or not until the shredder starts to operate poorly? The answer is important, because I am in great need to start using the shredder, and I don't want to make a mistake about the use of the oil for fear of damaging the machine. Secondly, where, exactly do I insert the oil? And how much? A drop? 5 drops????

The photos of the bag installation are very dark and of low resolution so it is hard to see how the plastic bag is to be installed. Can you send or post clear photos of higher resolution showing just how the bag is to be installed over the post and clear of the bin installed pin. It would be nice if the photos could be enlarged and still clear to see details. Thanks

I have the same question. One cannot install the bags properly because the illustration is so poor and the mechanisms do not hold the bag in place. Please send details for installation. Please also send instructions regarding the oiling-how much, and how does one do it? It is not fully explained in the manual. This is very frustrating.

My Bonsaii c149-D shredder has developed a fault. I had not used it for a few days and then the cooling fan came on and now runs continuously. The shredder will not work. I've switched it off hoping it would reset but no luck. Any thoughts....it seem like a sensor has developed a fault if so haw can I get to it?

I have this for my business it's just started to make a whiring sound with a fan working at the back it won't shred forward but will reverse. Turned off all weekend still the same disappointed in such sn expensive shredder that just under 12 month old
