Question: My Verksam chair has the problem of the "seat" tilting forward, and I can't find any knob that will straighten it out so I don't fall out. The fat knob under the seat does not want to move in either direction. And the one on the left adjusts the back of the c hair. Help please

I have the same problem with the seat front tipping down; the knob will move the seat but there seems to be no way to make it stay in a new position. How do you make it stay in your selected position?
