Question: My phone is not working, it says on the display ‘base no power’, I have had this product KX-TGC420E for about 6 years, I do not have the manual anymore, what is wrong with it, is this it’s shelf life over with, do I need a new phone?. Can you help. Thanks

If any Panasonic handset display ‘base no power’, it means either: 1. Main base is not plugged in, or main base or plug are faulty, or 2. Handset is no longer registered to the main base unit. To resolve, if the main base is in working order, try going through registration process again.
