MOGELIJKHEDEN
Het bakken van bladerdeeggerechten, zoals
banketstaven, saucijzenbroodjes, appelbollen,
soezen, schuimgebak, soufflé’s, brood en
biscuitdeeg gaat beter met boven- en
onderwarmte.
Condensvorming
Tijdens het braden of bakken komt er vocht vrij.
Vooral bij het bereiden van brood, pizza's,
voorgebakken frites, etc. Bij meerdere vormen of
lagen ontstaat er vanzelfsprekend ook meer
condens in de oven.
Alleen bovenwarmte
Deze stand is geschikt voor het kortstondig extra
doorbakken van soufflé’s, schuimgebak etc. Aan
het einde van het bakproces draait u de
functieknop op bovenwarmte. Stel de
temperatuurknop in op de maximale stand ( ).
Alleen onderwarmte
Deze functie wordt aanbevolen voor gerechten
waarbij de bodem goed gaar moet worden. De
bodems van gerechten worden goed
doorbakken.
Aan het einde van het bakproces draait u de
functieknop op onderwarmte. Stel de
temperatuurknop in op de maximale stand ( ).
Het gerecht wordt dan voornamelijk door het
onderelement verwarmd.
Grill
Voor het grillen en gratineren van gerechten met
of zonder draaispit. De gerechten worden
verwarmd door de stralingswarmte van het
gecombineerde grill-/bakelement. De
thermostaat regelt ook de grill. Het element zal
daarom niet continu maar van tijd tot tijd rood
oplichten. De gerechten krijgen een knapperig
bruin korstje.
Rondom grillen
Door de knop van de heteluchtoven op de
grillpositie in te stellen, kunt u grillen met
ingeschakelde ventilator. De stralingswarmte
wordt door de ventilator rondom het gerecht
geblazen.
De ovenruit kan door langdurig gebruik van de
oven op de maximale temperatuur (bijv. bij het
grillen) warm worden (maximaal ca. 100 °C). Let
op als er kinderen in de buurt zijn.
Grill altijd met gesloten deur.
