El concepto de “herramienta eléctrica”,

usado en las instrucciones de seguridad,

se reere a las que funcionan enchufadas

a la corriente (con cable de alimentación)

y también a las que funcionan con ba-

terías recargables (sin cable de alimenta-

ción).

Seguridad en el puesto de trabajo:

• Mantener el puesto de trabajo limpio y

bien iluminado. El desorden y las zonas

de trabajo no iluminadas pueden produ-

cir accidentes.

• No trabajar con la herramienta eléctrica

en zonas bajo peligro de explosión, don-

de se encuentren líquidos, gases o polvos

inamables. Los aparatos eléctricos ge-

neran chispas que podrían encender el

polvo o los vapores.

• Mantener alejados de la sierra eléctrica a

los niños y otras personas mientras la use.

Si se despistase podría perder el control

de la sierra.
