purpose

is

to

make

removal

of

the crepes

casier

and

to

rcduce bubbling

of

the

batter

when

in

contact

with

the

griddle.

For

successful

scasoning:

Heat

by

turning

the

knob

to

270°C.

Your

appliance

reaches

the

required

temperaturc

when

red

goes

out

Keep

appliance

temperature

for

duration

scasoning.

Pour

the

a

tablespoon

of

cooking

oil

for

frying

into

the centre

of

the

griddle.

Using

a

cloth

of

rollcd

cotton

(synthetic

or

similar

type

matcrials

not

suitablc),

spread

then

let

it

cook

for

to

10

mtnutes

so

that

the

griddle

becomes

burnished

and

completely

dry.
