Bis zum Aufkochen vergeht viel Zeit:

- Die Wärmequelle ist nicht heiß genug.

- Wärmequelle auf höchste Stufe schalten.

Bei gehobenem Sicherheitsventil tritt während des Kochens kein Dampf aus dem

Druckregelventil:

- Stellen Sie den Topf unter einen Wasserstrahl zum Dampfablassen.

- Öffnen Sie den Drucktopf.

- Reinigen Sie das Druckregelventil und das Sicherheitsventil.

Wenn Dampf aus dem Deckelrand austritt, prüfen Sie Folgendes

- Der Deckel ist nicht vorschriftsgemäß geschlossen.

- Die Verriegelungsdichtung ist falsch eingelegt.

- Die Verriegelungsdichtung ist in schlechtem Zustand (bei Bedarf austauschen).

- Der Deckelrand ist in schlechtem Zustand.

Wenn sich der Deckel nicht öffnen lässt:

- Bei Bedarf lassen Sie den Topf unter einem kalten Wasserstrahl abkühlen.

Wenn das Kochgut zu wenig oder zu stark gegart ist:

- Falsche Kochzeit.

- Die Heizplatte ist defekt.

- Ungeeignete Flüssigkeitsmenge.

Wenn das Kochgut während der Garzeit angebrannt ist:

- Lassen Sie den Topf vor dem Reinigen eine Zeit lang mit Wasser gefüllt stehen.

- Keine ätzenden oder chlorhaltigen Reinigungsmittel verwenden.

Wenn eines der Sicherheitselemente verstopft ist.

- Schalten Sie die Kochstelle ab und nehmen Sie den Drucktopf von der Kochstelle.

- Lassen Sie den Topf abkühlen.

- Öffnen Sie ihn.

- Überprüfen Sie das Druckregelventil, das Sicherheitsventil und die Verriegelungsdichtung und

reinigen Sie sie.

Reinigung und Austausch der Verriegelungsdichtung:

Reinigen Sie die Verriegelungsdichtung, spülen Sie sie mit heißem

Wasser ab und trocknen Sie sie.

Verhärtete oder bräunlich verfärbte Dichtungen müssen ausgetaus-

cht werden.

Das Sicherheitsventil:

Bei diesem Vorgang ist größte Sorgfalt geboten. Achten Sie dabei auf

ordnungsgemäßes Vorgehen, da bei einer falschen Montage

Personen oder Sachen Schaden nehmen könnten.
