Manual

VEGAN

Zutaten:

200 g Panzendrink deiner Wahl, z.B. KoRo Haferdrink

100 ml Kokosmilch oder Hafer / Sojasahne

50 g Nussmus deiner Wahl

20 g Kokosöl

70 g Zucker oder Kokosblütenzucker

(alternativ gehen auch Datteln oder Agavendicksaft, Ahornsirup)

1 Prise Salz

Zubereitung:

1. Alle Zutaten mit dem Mixer gründlich fein mixen

2. Anschließend in die Eismaschine geben und ca. 40 Minuten zu Eis werden lassen.

3. Entweder sofort als Softeis oder nach mindestens 4h im Gefrierfach genießen.

Variante 1: Erdnusseis

dazu 50 g Erdnussbutter verwenden

Variante 2: Nougateis

50 g Haselnussmus verwenden, als Sauce nach dem Gefrierprozess hinzufügen.

Wer es crunchy mag kann auch noch karamellisierte Haselnüsse hinzugeben.

ROHVEGAN

Zutaten:

100 g Cashewnüsse oder Bruch

200 ml Wasser

100 g Datteln

200 ml panzenbasierte Milchalternative deiner Wahl

Zubereitung:

1. In einem starken Mixer zerkleinern bis eine cremige Masse entstanden ist.

2. Anschließend in die Eismaschine geben und ca. 40 Minuten zu Eis werden lassen.

3. Entweder sofort als Softeis oder nach mindestens 4h im Gefrierfach genießen.
