Motorschutz-Funktion

Wenn die Eiscreme härter wird kann es vorkommen, dass Sie den Rührer blockiert. Die Motorschutz-Funktion

sorgt dafür, dass der Motor anhält, damit er sich nicht überhitzt und die Lebensdauer des Geräts verringert.

Erweiterte Kühlfunktionen

Eiscreme:

Um zu verhindern, dass das Eis nach der Zubereitung schmilzt verfügt das Gerät über eine Kühlhalte-Funk-

tion. Nachdem zu Eisproduktion beendet ist zeigt das Display [00:00] an und das Gerät wechselt in den

Kühlmodus. Nach 10 Minuten zeigt das Display [COOL] an und der Kompressor beginnt für 10 Minuten zu

laufen. Danach stoppen Motor und Kompressor, es ertönen 3 Pieptöne und das Gerät wechselt in den

Standby-Zustand.

Joghurt:

Nachdem die Joghurtproduktion beendet ist wechselt das Gerät automatisch in den Kühlmodus und das

Display zeigt [COOL] an. Das Gerät kühlt solange, bis es manuell ausgeschaltet wird. Wir empfehlen Ihnen

den frischen Joghurt innerhalb von 24 Stunden zu entnehmen und zu verzehren.

Wichtiger Hinweis zum Füllvolumen:

Damit die Eiscreme nicht überläuft, achten Sie darauf, dass sie den herausnehmbaren Behälter maximal zu

60% befüllen, da sich die Eiscreme während der Zubereitung ausdehnt.

MILCHBASIS

Zutaten:

200 ml Sahne

200 ml Milch

80 g Zucker

2 g Bindemittel (z.B. Guarkernmehl, Johannisbrotkernmehl)

1 Vanilleschote

1 Prise Salz

Zubereitung:

1. Die Vanilleschote auskratzen und das Mark mit der Milch auochen, anschließend alle Zutaten

zusammenrühren sodass keine Klumpen mehr entstehen.

2. Anschließend in die Eismaschine geben und ca. 40 Minuten zu Eis werden lassen.

3. Entweder sofort als Softeis oder nach mindestens 4h im Gefrierfach genießen.

Tipp: Der Basis können sämtliche Gewürze hinzugefügt werden, wie zum Beispiel Zimt, Tonka,

Spirulina, Pumpkin-Spice Gewürz etc.

Variante 1: Frucht-Sahneeis

30 g des Zuckers und 100ml der Milch mit 150 g Frucht deiner Wahl ersetzen, ggf. auf Vanille verzichten

Variante 2: Schokoladeneis:

50 g des Zuckers mit 100g Schokolade, 20 g Kakaopulver und extra 50 ml Milch ersetzen

Variante 3: Nutellaeis:

50 g des Zuckers mit 100g Nutella ersetzen und 50 ml Milch ergänzen

Variante 4: Pistazieneis

50 g der Sahne mit 50 g Pistazienmus ersetzen, hier kannst du natürlich auch ein anderes Nussmus deiner

Wahl verwenden
