Manual

RAW VEGAN

Ingredients:

100 g Cashew nuts

200 ml Water

100 g Dates

200 ml Plant based milk of your choice

Instructions:

1. Soak all ingredients in a pot for at least one hour, blend thoroughly until you reach a creamy, not grainy

consistency

2. Pour into the ice cream maker and let the mix churn for approximately 40 minutes

3. Enjoy immediately as soft serve or let it chill for at least 4 hours before your rst bite
