DIARY

Ingredients:

200 ml heavy cream

200 ml milk

80 g sugar

2 g thickening agent (guar gum or locust bean gum)

1 vanilla bean

1 dash of sea salt

Instructions :

1. Scrape out the vanilla bean and add to the milk, bring to a boil and mix with the remaining ingredients.

Make sure to blend the base well.

2. Pour into the ice cream maker and let the mix churn for approximately 40 minutes

3. Enjoy immediately as soft serve or let it chill for at least 4 hours before your rst bite

Tip: this is a basic vanilla recipe, feel free to add whatever spices you can think of for variation.

Option 1: Creamy Fruit Base

replace 30g of sugar and 100ml milk with 150g fruit of your choice

Option 2: Chocolate Ice Cream

replace 50g of sugar with 100g of chocolate, 20g of cocoa powder and 50ml Milk

Option 3: Nutella / Chocolate Spread ice cream

replace 50g of sugar with 100g Nutella and 50ml milk

Option 4: Pistachio Ice cream

replace 50ml of heavy cream with 50g of nut butter of your choice, you can use any kind here,

whichever avour you’re craving

ICE CREAM RECIPES TO MAKE AT HOME

VEGAN

Ingredients:

200 g plant based drink of your choice, like KoRo Haferdrink

100 ml coconut milk or soy / oat creamer

50 g nut butter of your choice

20 g coconut oil

70 g sugar of your choice (sugar, coconut sugar, agave, dates, erythritol)

1 dash of salt

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together and make sure to blend the base well

2. Pour into the ice cream maker and let the mix churn for approximately 40 minutes

3. Enjoy immediately as soft serve or let it chill for at least 4 hours before your rst bite -

Option 1: Peanut butter

use 50g of peanut butter

Option 2: Nougat Ice Cream

use 50g of hazelnut butter, KoRo Date Hazelnut Spread as a Chocolate Spread to add after churning the

base and caramelized hazelnuts if you want a bit more crunch
