The drying function is not working. There is no error message but the machine runs for about half and hour then stops and the clothes are still wet. We have cleaned the filter as suggested in the manual.

my machine nothing different now .any drying cycle i take, time drying auto dry or standard, first it briefly takes in water, then it sucks it off, spins a few revolutions a little faster and then goes back and starts blowing. but then it suddenly jumps to eleven minutes remaining time and that is of course impossible to dry 4 kilos; The more I try, the wetter the laundry gets! HELP
