I have a pair of JBL Club 950NC Headphones that will not charge. Based on the manual, there is no help to be found. The red light comes on for 1-2 minutes and then stops. And the headphones do not work. Can you help?

Hello, a small question about the JBL CLUB 950NC for me it is that I want to use Alexa and if I select that then it says "the firmware must be upgraded" if I click on it then after 5 seconds it says Upgrade failed with the error code 27 . Can someone help me because the headphones weren't exactly cheap and something like that should actually work. Thanks in advance
