No, nor can I. The pieces are shown as separate items in the manual (139298 and 139299) but they are assembled in the packaging and can't be separated to enable the disk to be screwed to the wall. I don't understand why you have to make the bottom marks and then screw 1 centimeter over, can't you just mark where you actually have to screw? I also couldn't get the gray washers out of the brackets, but I used a screwdriver and finally got them pushed out.

Dear Ikea engineers! What did you actually think when designing such a mirror mounting material or expecting the customer to do so! There is not even an assembly video! The user manual is unusable. Ordinary mirror mounts would have done the trick here. I am very disappointed in you.
