Remove all items from the packaging. Retain the
packaging. If you dispose of it please do so according to
local regulations.

Charging the Charging Case
Fully charge the unit before rst use.
1. Connect the type C end of the provided USB cable
to the charging port of the charging case.
2. Plug the other end of the cable into a powered USB
device.
3. The charging indicator will show the charging status:
Red light: Only the case is charging.
Purple light: Both case and earbuds are charging.
(Note: If the earbuds are removed from the case during
charging, it takes approximately 20 seconds for the light to
change from purple to red.)
4. When fully charged, the indicator turns o.
Disconnect the cable safely.

Charging the Earbuds
1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and close
the lid securely.
2. When the earbuds are charging properly, the
charging indicator lights up blue.
3. When fully charged, the indicator turns o.
How to Wear the Earbuds
Ensure the earbud tips are attached to the earbuds
before wearing them.
1. Open the lid, grab the earbuds out of the charging
case.
2. Use the earbud tips (S/M/L) that t your ears.
3. Check the direction of each earbud. Hold the plastic
rods of the earbuds, then place them snugly into
your ear canals.
4. Hold the plastic rods to adjust the angles of the
earbuds until they t your ears.
To avoid accidentally touching the touch
sensors, always hold the plastic rods of the
earbuds while wearing, moving, adjusting the
angles, or removing the earbuds.
The earbud status indicators are not visible
while docked in the case. This does not aect
the charging process. If charging issues occur,
check the cleanliness of the contact pins. See
the Cleaning the Contact Pins section for
details.

Bluetooth® Pairing
1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They
will automatically begin pairing with each other,
and the status indicators will ash blue three times.
Once connected, you will hear “TWS Connected”.
2. After a successful connection between the
earbuds, the status indicator will ash red and blue
alternately, and you will hear “Pairing”.
3. Enable the Bluetooth® feature on your device,
search and select “GRETWSW24”.
4. Upon successful pairing, you’ll hear “Connected,
conrming that your earbuds are paired and ready
to use.
Earbuds auto-reconnect to the last paired
Bluetooth® device when both are in pairing
mode.
