Cleaning the Contact Pins

If one of the earbuds cannot be powered on, or the

earbud status indicator is ashing abnormally while

it is charging, it may be caused by poor charging

connection. You may need to clean the contact pins by

following the steps below:

1. Slightly dampen a cotton swab with isopropyl

alcohol and gently wipe the contact pins in the

charging case and on the earbuds thoroughly.

2. Repeat the cleaning until all the dirt or dust have

been totally removed.

3. Put the earbuds back into the charging case. When

the earbuds can be charging again properly, the

earbuds status indicators will light up red or blue.

Operations

If you receive or make a call while listening to music, the

music is paused until you end the call.

To Tap the touch sensor

Turn On

• Put the earbuds into your

ears, you will hear “Power

On” from the earbuds.

• Or, tap and hold 5 seconds,

you will hear “Power On”

from the earbuds. (When

power off)

Turn Off Tap and hold 5 seconds, you

will hear “Power O” from

the earbuds.

Playback Functions

Increase volume Twice (right earbud)

Decrease volume Twice (left earbud)

Play / Pause track Once

Skip to next track Tap and hold 1 second (right

earbud)

Go to previous track Tap and hold 1 second (left

earbud)

Not compatible with all smartphone brands;

To Earbuds status indicators

Turn On Blue indicator ashes 3 times

Turn Off Red indicator ashes 3 times

Enter pairing Red and blue indicator ash

alternately

Play track Blue indicator ashes every 3

seconds

Pause track Blue indicator ashes every 5

seconds

Answer call Blue indicator ashes 3 times

every 5 seconds

To Tap the touch sensor

Call Functions

Answer / End a call Once

Reject a call Tap and hold 1 second

Reset Earbuds

If there are any connection problems with the earbuds,

please reset by following the steps below:

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case and close

the lid.

2. Wait for a few seconds. Then take both earbuds out of

the charging case to pair again.

If reset does not x your issue or one or both of your

earbuds are still unresponsive, please try Factory Reset

as below:
