Antes de utilizar el aparato le aconsejamos leer atentamente las advertencias y los consejos contenidos en el

presente manual. De este modo será más fácil utilizarlo y mantenerlo eficiente durante más tiempo. Conserve

cuidadosamente este manual para posteriores consultas.

Primer uso

Cuando se usa el horno por primera vez, es necesario hacer funcionar el aparato en vacío con el mando de

regulación de la temperatura posicionado en el máximo durante 40 minutos, como mínimo, manteniendo la

puerta abierta y aireando bien el ambiente.

El olor que se advierte durante esta operación es causado por la evaporación de las substancias empleadas

para proteger el horno durante el lapso de tiempo que transcurre entre fabricación e instalación del producto.

Transcurrido este tiempo, el horno está listo para ser usado.

Sugerencias

Para obtener buenos resultados es importante no introducir nunca las comidas en el horno frío sino esperar

que haya alcanzado la temperatura por Ud. elegida.

Durante la cocción, nunca apoye directamente en el fondo del horno las ollas o recipientes que se deben

colocar sobre las parrillas o bandejas suministradas con el aparato en uno de los 4 niveles disponibles. No

respetar estas indicaciones podría dañar el esmalte del horno.

No revista nunca las paredes del horno con hojas de aluminio, sobre todo la parte inferior del mismo.

Las reparaciones necesarias deberán ser realizadas por personal especializado y autorizado.

Llame a nuestro centro de asistencia más cercano y solicite sólo repuestos originales.

El horno Franke utiliza un esmalte especial fácil de limpiar, de todos modos, es importante limpiarlo a menudo

evitando cocinar varias veces la suciedad y los residuos de las cocciones precedentes.

Nota: - antes de encender el horno, lea las instrucciones relativas al uso del temporizador (ver la pág. 5).

- si el horno está equipado con un programador automático de cocción o de apagado, para utilizar el horno en

forma manual, es necesario seleccionar la opción “manual” señalada con el símbolo .
