DAYHAVEN / NIGHTSHADE

SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS

1. When unpacking the tent, it is a good

idea to familiarise yourself with how it

should be repacked.

2. Spread out the tent on an area that is

as even and clean as possible, position

the tent as required and peg down the

corners of the oor through the webbing

loops. Use a camping mallet to secure

the pegs.

3. Put the black pole inside the top ventila-

tion hood all around to provide a round

shape.

Assemble the steel pole, take the pole

into the tent and put one end in the

centre of the roof. The tent can now be

raised by putting the steel pole in a verti-

cal position.

5. Now peg down the webbing loops on the

sides of the oor

6. Secure the tent against strong wind with

guylines and pegs.

AUFBAUANLEITUNG

1. Merken Sie sich beim Auspacken des

Zeltes, wie es nach dem Gebrauch wieder

zu verpacken ist.

2. Breiten Sie das Zelt auf einer möglichst

ebenen und sauberen Fläche aus,

mit dem Eingang in der gewünschten

Richtung, und befestigen Sie die Ecken

des Zeltbodens mit Heringen durch die

Abspannschlaufen. Zum Verankern der

Heringe benutzen Sie am besten einen

Camping-Gummihammer.

3. Stecken Sie die schwarze Stange kreis-

förmig in die obere Lüftungshaube um ihr

eine runde Form zu geben.

4. Setzen Sie nun die Elemente der Aufstell-

stange zusammen. Gehen Sie mit der

Stange in das Zelt und stecken Sie ein

Ende in die Aufnahme oben in der Zelt-

mitte. Nun lässt sich das Zelt aufstellen,

indem Sie im Zelt die Stange senkrecht

stellen.

5. Befestigen Sie nun noch die Abspann-

schlaufen den Seiten des Zeltes.

6. Sichern Sie zuletzt das Zelt gegen

starken Wind mit den Sturmleinen.

OPSTILLINGSVEJLEDNING

1. Undersøg ved udpakning af teltet, hvordan

det skal pakkes sammen efter brug.

2. Bred oversejlet ud på et område, der er så

jævnt og rent som muligt. Fastgør teltet

til jorden i hvert sit hjørne gennem stop-

perne. Pløkkerne fastgøres ved hjælp af en

pløkhammer.

3. Sæt den sorte stang ind i teltets topventi-

lation og saml den så ventilationen får en

rund form.

4. Stålstangen samles. Rejs teltet ved at gå

ind i teltet med stangen og placere spidsen

af stangen lodret op i teltets top.

5. Herefter fastgøres resten af teltet i strop-

perne på teltets sider.

6. Til sidst stormsikres teltet ved hjælp af

bardunlinerne, som fastgøres til jorden

med pløkker.

OPZETINSTRUCTIES

1. Let er bij het uitpakken goed op hoe

alles ligt en hoe de tent na gebruik weer

ingepakt moet worden.

2. Spreid de tent uit op een zo schoon en

egaal mogelijk stuk grond, draai hem in

de gewenste richting en zet de hoeken

vast met haringen door de netstof lussen.

Gebruik een tenthamer om de haringen

vast te slaan.

3. Plaats de zwarte stok in de ronde venti-

latiekap aan de bovenkant van de tent.

Duw de stok helemaal rond.

4. Zet de stalen stok in elkaar, plaats hem

in de tent en zet het ene uiteinde vast in

het midden van het tentdak. De tent kan

nu worden opgezet door de stalen stok

rechtop te zetten.

5. Zet haringen in de netstof lussen aan de

zijkanten van het grondzeil.

6. Gebruik scheerlijnen en haringen om

te zorgen dat de tent in harde wind kan

blijven staan.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE

1. En déballant la tente, il convient de se

familiariser avec son réemballage.

. Étalez la tente sur une surface aussi

plane et propre que possible, placez

la tente là où il faut et xez aussitôt

les coins au sol grâce aux boucles de

sangle. Utilisez un maillet de camping

pour sécuriser les piquets.

3. Mettez le mât noir au creux du sommet

du capuchon de ventilation et tout autour

pour obtenir une forme arrondie.

4. Assemblez le mât en acier et introduisez-

le dans la tente en en mettant un bout

au centre du toit. La tente peut donc

maintenant être dressée en mettant le

mât en acier à la verticale.

5. Maintenant amarrez grâce aux boucles

des sangles sur les côtés du tapis de sol.

6. Sécurisez la tente contre le vent fort

avec des haubans et les piquets.

Can I store my tent when it's wet? Verified

Only for very short periods of time. When a tent is stored while wet for a week or longer, it can get moldy. This is harmful for your tent and possibly your health.

How do I impregnate a tent? Verified

Pitch the tent, clean the cloth and let it dry. Apply the impregnation agent on the cloth with a plant sprayer or other spray. It is also possible to use a paint roller or brush. The cloth needs to be fully saturated with the impregnation agent. Also treat the inside of the tent. Thoroughly clean any windows with a moist cloth. Do not let the impregnation agent dry on it. Let the tent cloth fully dry. Repeat the treatment if needed.

Can I repair a tear or hole in the canvas of my tent myself? Verified

There are special pieces of self-adhesive patches of cloth available for synthetic tent canvases. Stick one of these patches on both sides of the hole or tear. For cotton tent canvases or mixed material tent canvases it's best to use patches that can be ironed on. This will require an iron.

The zipper of my tent won't run smoothly, what can I do? Verified

When a zipper is running smoothly, use a dry PTFE spray or silicone spray. Do not spray onto the cloth and preventively spray to prevent future problems.

No, this is probably condensation. Make sure the tent is properly ventilated to keep condensation at a minimum.

What tent pegs are best to use for which surfaces? Verified

On grassland or forest surfaces you can use semi circular or plastic pegs. On rocky surfaces you need to use rock pegs. On clay surfaces you can use semi circular, plastic or universal pegs. On gravel surfaces you need semi circular or universal pegs and on sand you need to use wooden pegs.

The impregnation agent leaves white stains or a white haze on the tent cloth, what can I do about this? Verified

If the agent leaves a white haze or white stains on the tent cloth, this means you have applied more impregnation agent on those areas. This is not harmful and the stains often disappear over time. It is not advisable to use less impregnation agent to prevent stains. The cloth needs to be fully saturated with the impregnation agent to give good results.
