From new only been run for 30 mins. Now with fresh E5 fuel it still starts easily but refuses to run normally unless choke is set at 90 to 100% closed. Its really almost new but hasn't been used for a while. The tank was emptied and fresh unleaded E5 filled. It seems to me be a mixture richness error, probably too lean. No info in manual how to tune. Anyone help?
