WERKING - Algemeen

Het apparaat is alleen bedoeld voor huishoudelijke

doeleinden, niet voor professioneel gebruik.

GEBRUIK - Voor het eerste gebruik

1. Verwijder de verpakking.

2. Reinig het apparaat grondig om eventuele fabricageresten te verwijderen. Zie ‘Reiniging en

onderhoud’.

3. Schakel het apparaat de eerste keer bij wijze van uitzondering in zonder de pan op de

verwarmingsplaat. Verwarm het onder voortdurend toezicht gedurende 15 minuten op de hoogste

stand. Hierbij kan een lichte geur en rookontwikkeling voorkomen. Dit is niet schadelijk voor mensen

en slechts van korte duur.

GEBRUIK - Soorten fondue

Met de fondueset kunt u kleine producten fonduen op de door u gewenste temperatuur.

• Vleesfondue: vlees word gedoopt in kokend hete olie (soms ook bouillon). Daarbij worden allerlei

sausjes geserveerd.

• Kaasfondue: stukjes groente, brood, vlees en vis worden gedoopt in gesmolten kaas.

• Japanse of Chinese fondue: vlees of groente worden gedoopt in bouillon.

• Visfondue: stukjes vis worden gedoopt in bouillon getrokken van vis.

• Chocoladefondue: stukjes cake en fruit worden gedoopt in gesmolten chocolade.

Plaats een bord, placemat of andere bescherming onder de fondueset. Met de bijgeleverde

vorkprikkers kunt u de producten in de fonduepan plaatsen, en ze eruit halen.

1. Vul de fonduepan met niet meer dan 1.4 liter olie of bouillon die geschikt is voor fonduen. Gebruik

geen normale margarine of boter.

2. Plaats de anti-spatrand op de pan.

3. Steek de stekker in het stopcontact. Als de thermostaatknop helemaal naar links gedraaid is, is de

fondueset uitgeschakeld. Het indicatielampje brandt dan niet.
