Good afternoon, My Becken BDM2741 HP dryer, even in the Algodão EXtra program, which according to the manual will be the strongest drying program, leaves clothes wet. The program ends without the tank and filter full, but the laundry is still wet. I never know how long each program takes, just the 30 and 60 minutes Warm program. I'm having difficulty getting my clothes dry. I don't think the machine is too full, sometimes dry, sometimes not.
