Before starting

11 Open the front cover on the machine and check

that the motor ﬁlter and the dust container ﬁlter

are in place. (See also Cleaning/replacing the

ﬁlters.)

12* Open the back lid on the machine and check that

the exhaust ﬁlter is in place.

13 Insert the hose until the catches click to engage

(press the catches to release the hose).

14 Attach the extension tubes* or telescopic tube*

to the hose handle and nozzle by pushing and

twisting together. (Twist and pull apart to dis

mantle.)

15 Extend the electric cable and connect it to

the mains. The vacuum cleaner is ﬁtted with a

cable winder. Once the electric cable has been

extended, it stays in that position.

16 To rewind the cable, press the cord rewinder

pedal. The cable will then rewind.

17a Start the vacuum cleaner by rotaring the power

control in the direction of the “Max” position.

Increase suction power by rotaring the control

further up to “Max” position. Stop the vacuum

cleaner by rotaring in the opposite direction to

“Off” position.

In order to achieve an optimal cyclone effect in the

cleaner, the power regulation should always be in the

“Max” position.

17b* Suction power can also be adjusted by using the

suction control on the hose handle.

18 Ideal parking position for pausing (18a) and

storing (18b).

Voordat u begint

11 Open de voorkant van het apparaat en controleer

of het motorﬁlter en het ﬁlter van het stofre

servoir in de stofzuiger zijn geplaatst. (Zie ook

Filters reinigen/vervangen.)

12* Open de achterkant van het apparaat en

controleer of het uitlaatﬁlter in de stofzuiger is

geplaatst.

13 Schuif de slang in het apparaat totdat deze in de

vergrendelingen klikt (druk op de vergrendelin

gen om de slang los te maken).

14 Bevestig de verlengingsbuizen* of de telescopi

sche buis* aan de slanggreep en het mondstuk

door deze op elkaar te drukken en te draaien.

(Draai en trek om de delen uit elkaar te halen.)

15 Trek het elektrische snoer uit en steek de stekker

in het stopcontact. De stofzuiger is voorzien

van een kabelhaspel. Als het elektrische snoer is

uitgetrokken, wordt het snoer vergrendeld

16 Druk op het voetpedaal van het oprolmecha

nisme om het snoer weer op te rollen. Het snoer

wordt vervolgens automatisch opgerold.

17a Zet de stofzuiger aan door de schuifregelaar op

Max te zetten. U kunt de zuigkracht vergroten

door de regelaar door te schuiven naar Max. Zet

de stofzuiger uit door de regelaar in tegenge

stelde richting naar Off te schuiven.

Voor een optimaal cyclooneffect in de stofzuiger moet

de zuigkrachtregelaar altijd op Max staan.

17b* U kunt de zuigkracht ook instellen met de rege

laar op de slanggreep.

18 De ideale parkeerstand als u het stofzuigen tij

delijk onderbreekt (18a) of de stofzuiger opbergt

(18b).

13 Sæt slangen i, så den klikker på plads (tryk på

låsen for at udløse slangen).

14 Fastgør forlængerrørene* eller teleskoprøret* til

slangehåndtaget og mundstykket ved at skubbe

og dreje. (Drej og træk dem fra hinanden).

15 Træk ledningen ud, og sæt den i en stikkontakt.

Støvsugeren er udstyret med ledningspedal. Når

ledningen er trukket ud, forbliver den dér.

16 Tryk på ledningspedalen for at rulle ledningen op.

Ledningen rulles op.

17a Tænd støvsugeren ved at skubbe afbryderknappen

i retning mod “Max”. Øg sugeeffekten ved at

skubbe knappen længere mod “Max”. Sluk

støvsugeren ved at skubbe knappen i retning

mod “Off”.

Knappen til regulering af sugeeffekten skal altid stå

på "Max", for at den størst mulige cykloneffekt

kan opnås i støvsugeren.

Avant de commencer

11 Ouvrir le couvercle avant de l'appareil et vériﬁer

que le ﬁltre moteur et le ﬁltre du réceptacle à

poussière sont bien en place (voir aussi Nettoyer/

remplacer les ﬁltres).

12* Enlever la grille de sortie d'air et vériﬁer que le

ﬁltre est bien en place.

13 Insérer le ﬂexible jusqu'à ce que les cliquets

s'enclenchent (appuyer sur les cliquets vers

l'intérieur pour dégager le ﬂexible).

14 Raccorder les tubes rigides* ou le tube télesco-

pique* à la poignée du ﬂexible et au suceur en

poussant et en tournant (pour les débloquer,

tourner et tirer).

15 Tirer sur le cordon d'alimentation et le brancher

sur le secteur. L'aspirateur est équipé d'un

enrouleur. Une fois déroulé, le cordon d'alimen

tation conserve sa position.

16 Pour enrouler le câble, appuyer sur la pédale

de l'enrouleur de câble. Le câble s'enroule alors

automatiquement.

17a Mettre en marche l'aspirateur en faisant glisser

le réglage de puissance dans le sens "Max".

Augmenter la puissance d'aspiration en faisant

glisser le réglage jusqu'à la position "Max". Arrê

ter l'aspirateur en faisant glisser le réglage dans

le sens contraire jusqu'à la position "Arrêt".

Aﬁn d'obtenir un effet cyclone optimal, le réglage de

puissance doit toujours être sur la position "Max".

17b* La puissance d'aspiration est également réglable

à l'aide du réglage de débit d'air sur la poignée

du ﬂexible.

18 Position "parking" idéale pour les pauses (18a)

et pour le rangement (18b).

11 Vordere Abdeckung des Geräts öffnen und

kontrollieren, dass Motorﬁlter und Staubbehäl

terﬁlter eingesetzt sind (siehe auch „Reinigen/

Austauschen der Filter“).

12* Hintere Abdeckung des Geräts öffnen und kon

trollieren, dass der Abluftﬁlter eingesetzt ist.

13 Schlauch einführen, bis Verriegelung einrastet.

Zur Freigabe des Schlauches ist die Verriegelung

zu drücken.

14 Verlängerungsrohre* oder Teleskoprohr* durch

Drehen und Zusammenschieben an Schlauchgriff

und Bodendüse anbringen. (Zum Zerlegen drehen

und auseinanderziehen.)

15 Kabel herausziehen und an der Steckdose

anschließen. Der Staubsauger verfügt über eine

automatische Kabelaufwicklung. Nach dem

Herausziehen des Kabels arretiert die Kabelauf

wicklung.

16 Zum Zurückspulen des Kabels Fußpedal drücken.

Das Kabel wird dann aufgewickelt.

17a Zum Einschalten des Staubsaugers Leistungs

regler in Richtung „Max“ schieben. Saugleistung

durch Schieben des Leistungsreglers in Richtung

„Max“ erhöhen. Zum Ausschalten des Staub

saugers Leistungsregler in die entgegengesetzte

Richtung in die Stellung „Aus“ schieben.

Um im Gerät einen optimalen Zykloneffekt zu erzielen,

sollte der Leistungsregler stets auf „Max“ gestellt

werden.

17b* Saugleistung kann auch mithilfe der Saugsteue

rung am Schlauchgriff eingestellt werden.

18 Ideale Parkpositionen für Arbeitspausen (18a)

und Aufbewahrung (18b).

Can I use a regular vacuum cleaner to suck up ash? Verified

No, this is absolutely not possible. Ash that seems cooled may still be warm or even hot inside. A regular vacuum cleaner is not designed for this and it can cause a fire. Also, the filters of regular vacuum cleaners are not always suited for retaining extremely small particles such as ash. It can then reach the motor of the vacuum cleaner and cause damage.
