thelight to theceiling. Fasten thecable to
theceilingcup.

Preparations
Make sure that you have aceiling hook to attach
thelight fittingto.
If your ceiling has alamp socket with aceiling
hook, thelight fitting can be hung onthat.
If your ceiling has no pre-installed hook you
should fit ahook capable of supporting
theweight of thelight fitting to theceiling using
anappropriate method of fasteningit. Ensure
1. Turn off thepower before
beginning theinstallation.
2. Twist the ceiling cup’s strain relief screw and
slide thecup down along thecable to allow
easy access to theterminalblock.
3. Connect thelight fitting to themains according
to one of thebelow alternatives:
Lamp lead
with plug (sold
separately)
which plugs
into aceiling-
mounted lamp
socket.
Power supply
cable protruding
from theceiling.
5. Hang up thelight on
theceilinghook.
6. Push up theceiling cup until it reaches
theceiling, fasten it into thecorrect position by
turning thestrain relief screw.
7. Screw thelight bulbs (sold separately) into
thelight sockets on thelamp holders.
8. Turn thepoweron.
Care and maintenance
Always unplug thelight and let thebulb cool
before cleaning thelight or changing thebulb.
Thelight fitting should be cleaned using adry
cloth or vacuum cleaner.
