Safety
All light fittings must be installed in accordance with
current safety regulations to prevent life-threatening
accidents. Installation should only be performed by those
with agood knowledge of electrical wiring. Contact
aqualified electrician if you do not possess therequired
knowledge to perform such aninstallation on yourown.
Follow theinstructions carefully and keep them for future
reference.
Theceiling light is only meant to be used in clean, dry
indoor environments. Donot expose thelight fitting to
water, moisture or other liquids.
Never attempt to repair or modify theceiling light in anyway.
Only use adry cloth to wipe thelamp clean when needed.
Thebulb can become very hot duringuse. Letit cool
thoroughly before changing.
Installation
Note: Ifyou are at all unsure about proper installation
procedures, seek theadvice of someone with therequisite
knowledge to help you perform such aninstallation or consult
aqualified electrician.
Thelight fitting needs to be earthed (class I).
Warning: Before beginning any electrical
installation always disconnect thepower
to thecircuit you are working on, either by
turning off themain circuit breaker or by
removing thefuse from theconsumerunit.
Makesure that there are no obstructing
cables or pipes behind thewall/ceiling
area where you have planned todrill.
Wired installation without asocket or
apre-mounted ceilinghook
1. Use asuitable ceiling hook and screw it securely into
theceiling at anappropriate mountingpoint.
2. Connect theelectrical supply cable to thelamp’s
terminalblock. Hangup thelamp onto theceilinghook.
Pushtheceiling cup flush against theceiling and tighten
theceiling cup set screw securely.
3. Fit alight bulb (E27, max 60W).
4. Turn thepower backon.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local
regulations. Ifyou are unsure how to proceed, contact your
local council.

2. Connect theplug to
thepower point and hang
up theceiling light onto
theceilinghook.
3. Push theceiling cup flush
against theceiling and
tighten theceiling cup set
screw securely as shown
in theillustration.
4. Fit alight bulb (E27, max
60W).
5. Turn thepower backon.
