att ni läser monteringsanvisningen nogrannt innan ni

monterar er takbox på taket.Vi önskar er mycket nöje

med er nya takbox.

Innan boxen monteras

Denna takbox passar alla vanliga lasthållare med följande

rörmått: Bredd max. 80 mm, Höjd 15 till 32 mm.

De hål som redan ﬁ nns borrade i boxbotten medför att last-

proﬁ lerna skall placeras enligt följande:

Minimiavstånd 540 mm, Maximumavstånd 990 mm

Om inte fordon- eller lasthållartillverkaren anger något an-

nat, skall avståndet mellan lastproﬁ lerna alltid vara så brett

som möjligt för att uppnå största möjliga stabilitet.

Den påmonterade takboxen skall inte skjuta ut utanför for-

donets främre eller bakre del. Om möjligt, montera takboxen

så att motorhuv och koffert lätt kan öppnas.

Om ni önskar att montera boxen på lastproﬁ ler med T-spår,

kan vi erbjuda lasthållarspeciﬁ ka adaptrar. Dessa adaptrar

kan köpas hos återförsäljaren, eller direkt hos tillverkaren.

Montering av boxen

Då ni, med hjälp av ovan nämnda instruktioner, bestämt var

boxen skall sitta, skruva då fast boxen på lasthållaren så som

nedan beskrivs och som visas på.

Stick U-bygeln underifrån, över lastproﬁ len, genom de be-

ﬁ ntliga hålen i boxens botten.

Sätt på adaptern på U-bygelns gängade delar som sticker

upp genom boxens botten. Lägg

på fjäderbrickorna på skruvarna och drag sedan fast med

rattarna.

Drag rattarna för hand. För att vara säker på att boxen sitter

säkert, skall åtdragningsmomentet uppgå till 2-2,5 Nm, vil-

ket låter sig göras utan någon hjälp av verktyg.

Se till att U-byglarna har monterats lika.

Öppna hål

De bottenhål som förblivit öppna efter montering tätas med

de medföljande självhäftande täckplattorna.

Lastning av takboxen

Den maximala lastvikten för er box är 50 kg. Överskrid

aldrig de rekommendationer som gäller för ert fordon vad

gäller maximal taklast (se bilens instruktionsbok).

Fördela lasten jämnt i boxen, enligt och beakta den stängda

boxens lasthöjd.

Fastspänning av boxens last

Lasten måste säkras med passande spännband (Ingår i

vissa boxtyper, men kan också köpas som tillbehör.)

Om ni transporterar skidor, måste dessa spännas fast med

passande spännband och/eller skidhållare. (Ingår i vissa

boxtyper, men kan också köpas som tillbehör).
