I think it's a nice device; only it happens to me very regularly that the bread dough rises well, but when the baking process starts the bread collapses and a hole is formed in the middle of the bread. I add the yeast in a well in the flour and do not let it come into contact with liquids prematurely, nor do I open the lid during the whole process. This acc. the manual.
