We have used this three times. One with a sorbet, which worked. Two with cream, milk, eggs, sufar and berries recipes. The last one was the wilfa recipe. Yet, both times we made ice cream, the ice cream fastened quickly around the whisp, and became quite solid. Thus the ice cream mass did not blend, just turn around as the whisp as a solid mass . Half of the ice-cream is not ice cream, but this solid mass. What is wrong?

My Wilfa Vanilla ICM-C15 is approx. 5 years old and has driven max. 50 hours. Now I have trouble stopping it after a few minutes of work. Sometimes it starts itself again, other times not. The freeze symbol lights up and yet the temperature in the display rises. Stirring symbol turns on and off. There is no question of incorrect consistency of the ice cream, it is completely liquid and refrigerator cold. The machine is assembled correctly and treated according to the regulations. It always stands on a flat table.

Bought this two months ago, use twice since then. Today I plug in the cord, the display shows 00 and the machine can not be started. Nothing changes if you press every single button available. Avoid the shit - my best tip
