8. Turn the function knob to the “ ” position. The power indicator lights and the ready

indicator will flash.

9. Turn the temperature knob to the maximum position to preheat the grill. When the grill

reaches the preset temperature, the ready indicator will stop flashing and turn to solid

light. The adjustable temperature range is 100℃～220℃. Select an appropriate cooking

temperature according to different kinds of food.

10. After preheating, the grill is extremely hot. Grip the handle and open the grill.

11. Lay the food on the bottom grill plate with a spatula or tongs, not fingers. Close the grill.

The ready indicator will be extinguished.

12. The grill plates should be roughly parallel to avoid uneven heating.

13. When the ready indicator lights again, you have finished cooking and turn the

temperature knob to the “ ” position.

14. Turn the function knob to the “off” position, the power indicator and ready indicator will

light off.

15. Check if the food is cooked.

16. As soon as the food is cooked, use gloves to open the grill, remove the hot food with

wooden or plastic utensils.

17. Unplug the grill.

B: GRIDDLE

1. Normally, the grill is opened at an angle of 105 degree as shown in Fig.1. The top grill

plate can be level with the bottom grill plate to create a large cooking surface as shown

in Fig.2. Holding the handle with one hand, push the lift lever upwards with the other

hand to the position where the top plate is in laying position.

2. Make sure the drip box is placed on the table and under the grill assemble during

operation, so it can collect the oil residues flowing out from the grill plates (see fig.2).

3. Wipe the grill plates with a little oil or butter, and then close it. Do not use low fat for

spreading as it may result in the food burning.

4. Make sure the temperature knob is set at the minimum of “ ”position.

5. Plug the power cord into the socket.

6. Turn the function knob to the “ ” position. The power indicator will light and the

ready indicator will flash.

7. Turn the temperature knob to the maximum position to preheat the grill. When the grill

reaches the preset temperature, the ready indicator will stop flashing and turn to solid

light. The adjustable temperature range is 100℃～220℃. Select an appropriate

cooking temperature according to different kinds of food.

8. Lay the food on the bottom and top grill plates with a spatula or tongs, not fingers.

During operating, you can turn over the food for best roasting result.

9. After cooking, turn the function knob to “off” position, the power indicator and ready

indicator will light off. Unplug the power outlet.
