WZNIESIENIE PŁASKIE - aby poruszać się po
wzniesieniu należy pochylić sylwetkę do przodu tak aby
przenieść środek ciężkości w kierunku zgodnym z
kierunkiem jazdy (rys 1).
POKONYWANIE PROGU, STOPNIA - należy
energicznie pchać rękoma obręcze kół tylnych w przód,
z jednoczesnym balansem ciała w przód pozwala to
umieścić przednie koła na stopniu (rys. 2); aby wjechać
na stopień kołami tylnymi należy pochylić sylwetkę do
przodu i pchać rękoma obręcze kół tylnych (rys 2a).
ZJAZD ZE WZNIESIENIA, STOPNIA – najbezpieczniej
manewr ten wykonać jadąc do tyłu, podczas zjazdu
sylwetka powinna być pochylona do przodu tak aby
odpowiednio przemieścić środek ciężkości, a szybkość
zjazdu należy kontrolować poprzez mocny chwyt
obręczy kół tylnych (rys 3 i 4).
UWAGA!!!
Wózek nie jest przeznaczony do transportu pacjenta po
schodach, w charakterze noszy lub poprzez wciąganie
na nim pacjenta.
Konstrukcja wózka i elementy łączące nie są
przystosowane do tak dużych przeciążeń jeżeli jest
użytkowany w ten sposób. Grozi to osłabieniem lub
uszkodzeniem całej konstrukcji nośnej wózka i
możliwym wypadkiem !
BEZPIECZEŃSTWO UŻYTKOWNIKA
Wózek przeznaczony do użytkowania wewnątrz i na
zewnątrz pomieszczeń TYLKO po utwardzonych
i równych powierzchniach,
Do pokonywania trudnych barier architektonicznych
(strome lub długie podjazdy wysokie stopnie, schody
itp.) niezbędna jest pomoc opiekuna,
Użytkowanie wyrobu na podłożu nie dającym
pewnego oparcia dla użytkownika tj. oblodzone,
mokre, tłuste, silnie zapiaszczone jest
niedopuszczalne. – ryzyko upadku,
Przy wsiadaniu i zsiadaniu z wózka ZAWSZE należy
zaciągnąć hamulce!
Nie pozostawiać wózka wraz z użytkownikiem w
bezpośrednim pobliżu otwartego źródła ognia.
Należy pamiętać, że temperatura powierzchniowa
tapicerki i elementów ramy może wzrosnąć po
wystawieniu na działanie słońca lub innego źródła
ciepła. Może grozić oparzeniem.
Wózek należy przenosić chwytając za konstrukcję
ramy. Nigdy nie należy przenosić wózka za
podłokietniki lub za podnóżki.
Niedopuszczalne jest przenoszenie wózka wraz z
użytkownikiem.
Wózek może być wykorzystywany do użycia jako
siedzisko w pojeździe silnikowym ( autobus, pociąg )
tylko po zainstalowaniu go w miejscu i w sposób do
tego przeznaczonym w danym pojeździe.
FLAT PROMONTORY- in order to ride on a flat
promontory you need to bend forward and move your
center of gravity to the riding direction (picture 1).
STEPS- you need to push rims forwards together with
balancing your trunk forward in order to place front
wheels on a step. To ride the step with rear wheels you
need to bend forwards and push rims (picture 2a)
SLIDING OF A STEP/PROMONTORY- it is the safest
to do the maneuver by going backwards, you should
bend forwards to move your center of gravity and
control the speed by a hard grab of rims (picture 3
and 4)
ATTENTION!!!
Wheelchair is not designed to transport a patient
down/up the stairs as a stretcher or to hoist the patient
upstairs.
Construction and the joining elements are not designed
for such a large overload if the wheelchair is being used
this way. This can cause weakness or damage to the
entire supporting structure of the wheelchair and may
cause accidents!
USER’S SAFETY
The wheelchair is designed to use indoors and
outdoors only on hard and plane surfaces,
In case of complicated architectural barriers (sheer
or long ramps, high steps, stairs) other person’s
help is necessary,
Using the wheelchair on an unstable base (covered
with ice, wet, greasy, sandy) is inacceptable- it
causes risk of falling,
While getting into and out of the wheelchair, the
brakes should be always set on !
Caution! Temperature of upholstery’s surface and
frame’s components may increase after exposing to
sun or other heat recourses. Can cause burns.
Wheelchair should be lifted by holding frame only.
Never lift it by clutching the footrest or the armrest.
Lifting the wheelchair together with the user is
strictly forbidden!
The wheelchair may be used as a seat in a bus or
train but when installed in indicated space and way
only.
