TENT PITCHING INSTRUCTIONS- DA VINCI SIDE AWNING (UK)
Flysheet First Pitching
Assemble poles and lay them on the ground
Insert all poles through the pole sleeves on outside of fly sheet
Locate one end of each pole at one side of the tent into the metal pin system attached to the groundsheet
Push poles into an arch from opposite ends and locate pole ends into corresponding metal pin
Tighten all the tensions straps at the base of the poles.
Position the open end of the awning toward the tent
Secure in position by pulling the guylines attached to the side awning roof over the roof of the tent and pegging on the
opposite side of the tent
Peg out awning base at contact point with the tent and then the front of the awning to tension the material
Peg out front of awning
Peg out the remaining poles and pegging points using pin pegs at the base of poles
Attach all flysheet pole clips onto poles
Peg out ALL guy lines using pin-pegs ensuring that guy line fabric attachment points are evenly tensioned.
Vango awnings are designed for use in lowland, sheltered campsites. Do not pitch in high winds or exposed campsites

die zugehörigen Metallstifte ein.
Alle Spanngurte unten an den Stangen fest anziehen.
Positionieren Sie das offene Ende des Vorzelts in Richtung des Zelts
Sichern Sie es in seiner Position, indem Sie die Spannschnüre, die an der Seite des Daches des Vorzelts befestigt sind,
über das Dach des Zelts ziehen und sie an der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Zelts befestigen
Befestigen Sie die Unterseite des Vorzelts am Befestigungspunkt mit dem Zelt und dann die Vorderseite des Vorzelts, um
das Material zu spannen.
Stützen Sie die Vorderseite des Vorzelts ab.
Übrige Stangen und Verankerungspunkte mithilfe der Stiftheringe unten an den Stangen fixieren.
Befestigen Sie alle Außenzelt-Halterungsklemmen an den Stangen.
ALLE Abspannleinen mit Stiftheringen fixieren, wobei darauf zu achten ist, dass die Befestigungspunkte der Abspannleinen
an der Plane gleichmäßig festgezogen sind.
Vango Vorzelte werden konzipiert, um auf tiefliegenden, geschützten Campingplätzen verwendet zu werden. Stellen Sie
sie nicht in starkem Wind oder auf ungeschützten Campingplätzen auf.

Montage en commençant par le double toit
Rassembler les arceaux et les poser sur le sol
Passer tous les mâts par les manches à l'extérieur du double toit
Rapprocher les bouts de chaque mât pour former un arc et situer les bouts dans les chevilles correspondantes
Reserrer toutes les sangles de tension en bas de chaque mât
Positionner l'extrémité ouverte de l'auvent vers la tente
Sécuriser la position en tirant sur les cordes de tension attachées sur le côté du toit de l'auvent, pour les passer au-dessus
du toit de la tente, et les fixer à des piquets, sur le côté opposé de la tente
Etendre la base de l'auvent, à son point de fixation avec la tente, puis l'avant de l'auvent pour tendre le matériel
Etendre l'avant de l'auvent
Planter le reste des piquets, en utilisant les points de piquetage en bas des mâts
Attacher aux mâts tous les crochets des mâts du double toit
Planter tous les cordes d'ancrage avec des piquets, en s'assurant que les points d'attache soient sous tension égale
Les auvents Vango sont conçus pour être utilisés en plaine, sur des campings abrités

How do I impregnate a tent? Verified

Pitch the tent, clean the cloth and let it dry. Apply the impregnation agent on the cloth with a plant sprayer or other spray. It is also possible to use a paint roller or brush. The cloth needs to be fully saturated with the impregnation agent. Also treat the inside of the tent. Thoroughly clean any windows with a moist cloth. Do not let the impregnation agent dry on it. Let the tent cloth fully dry. Repeat the treatment if needed.

Can I repair a tear or hole in the canvas of my tent myself? Verified

There are special pieces of self-adhesive patches of cloth available for synthetic tent canvases. Stick one of these patches on both sides of the hole or tear. For cotton tent canvases or mixed material tent canvases it's best to use patches that can be ironed on. This will require an iron.

On grassland or forest surfaces you can use semi circular or plastic pegs. On rocky surfaces you need to use rock pegs. On clay surfaces you can use semi circular, plastic or universal pegs. On gravel surfaces you need semi circular or universal pegs and on sand you need to use wooden pegs.

The impregnation agent leaves white stains or a white haze on the tent cloth, what can I do about this? Verified

If the agent leaves a white haze or white stains on the tent cloth, this means you have applied more impregnation agent on those areas. This is not harmful and the stains often disappear over time. It is not advisable to use less impregnation agent to prevent stains. The cloth needs to be fully saturated with the impregnation agent to give good results.
