i clean the paper jam. One the green light does not go on. i shredded file folder to clean further. The shredder will not start unless I push the paper to be shredded. what is the problem?

Where can I get the nylon 8-39 helical drive gear? It's the weak point in the machine, designed to fail - like a fuse. But then it should be replaceable.
