Assemblage

Als u ventilator reeds in elkaar gezet geleverd wordt, dan kunt u deze sectie overslaan.

1. Pak nadat u alles uit de doos gehaald heeft de motor (onderdeel 8) en haal de voorkap

(onderdeel 2) en achterkap (onderdeel 5) uit elkaar als deze aan elkaar vastzitten.

2. Pak de achterkap (onderdeel 5) en zet het op de 4 uitstekende tandjes op de motor

(onderdeel 8) De veiligheidskap zal maar op één wijze op de uitstekende tandjes passen

namelijk met de hendel naar boven wijzend. Doe de vier borgschroeven (onderdeel 4) er in en

draai ze vast om de achterkap op de motor te bevestigen.

3. Pak de ventilator (onderdeel 3) en zet het op het midden van de bladen over de metalen spil

die uit de motor steekt. Het tandje op de metalen spil komt recht tegenover de

borgschroeven op de ventilatorbladen te staan Draai, nadat de bladen er op gezet zijn, de

borgschroeven op de ventilatorbladen vast en controleer of de bladen vast zitten aan de

motor.

4. Zet de voorkap recht tegenover de achterkap en bevestig het op zijn plek met de 3

sluitpunten die zich op de kap bevinden. Pak de veiligheidsmoer en bout (onderdeel 1) en

monteer de voor- en achterkappen aan elkaar vast d.m.v. de veiligheidsmoer en –bout. Dit is

een veiligheidsmaatregel om het per ongeluk uit elkaar halen van de ventilator te voorkomen.

5. Pak het voetstuk van de ventilator (onderdeel 13) Doe het voetstuk van de buis (onderdeel

10) in het voetstuk en bevestig dan het voetstuk (onderdelen 12 en 13) en de buis met de

meegeleverde schroeven.

6. Draai de vlinderschroef aan de bovenkant van de buis (onderdeel 10) los en zet de motor,

compleet met beschermkappen, er recht tegenover voordat het vastgezet wordt.
